SHIPPING POLICY
We process and ship in-stock products Monday through Friday. Orders on a non-business day are considered next business day.
Estimated delivery times vary between 2 and 8 days. ​
RETURN POLICY
Products can bu returned in 14 days.

The returned item must be undamaged, unworn, and unused with tags still attached.

NOTE: Damaged or defective items are requested to be returned in 5 days after receiving the product.

Customers are responsible for the shipping cost to send the item back to The Petship.

The Petship is not responsible for items lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage/tracking when shipping items for return.

To get your items as soon as possible, The Petship processes your order soon after it is confirmed. As a result, order cancellations are not possible.
